New Shop

I opened a new shop page on my website!  I have to admit I was slow to set up another shopping cart but after last weekends fiasco of not being able to get tech helpfor my BigCartel shop, tech help apparently is available ONLY during M-F and ONLY from 9-5 eastern time, I caved.

It's been a long day but I've realized one thing that is the most important of all... if you don't have Jesus you don't have anything except worry and hand wringing!

Natural Dyed Wool Bundles

Each bundle consists of 4 pieces of wool fabric 9x6 inches, all fabrics dyed using natural dyes. 

Muted Mauves and Blues

Jeweltones - Indigo, Cochineal, and Copper were used for these deep rich colors!

Indigo Blues ranging from a dark indigo blue to a medium value indigo!

This years Bleeding Hearts are beautiful, the plants filled out nicely and with plenty of blossoms for the pollinators.

Went out to the marsh to listen to the spring peppers today, took some photos and started dinking with them in photoshop.

Thomas

Spring has sprung and I opened the bedroom windows for Thomas' and Peppers enjoyment!

Dinner 031112

Cuban Black Beans and Rice served with Lime Roasted Pork Loin and Roasted Hatch Chili Pepper and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce.

Roasted Lime Pork Loin Roast - seasoned, after searing, with cumin, salt, pepper, and 2 limes.  Roasted in a dutch oven for two hours.

Lime Sauce from the roast.

Roasted Hatch Chili Pepper and Roasted Red Pepper salsa that also has cilantro, sauted onion, garlic and my home canned tomatoes.
